HongKong - Aug 2017 - Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd. (“TTI”) selected LinkPOWER’s Knowledge Management Solution to connect disparate repositories into a unified platform for information retrieval, sharing and tracking. The major components include document capturing, document management, enterprise search engine, workflow processing and project management. 

The completion of Project Phase I is to focus on Document Management and Collaboration including simple search functions of which is quick to implement, easy to adopt, and avoid lengthy discussion among users to finalize the right processes. The next Phase II is to enhance system to support more efficient use of the human knowledge that exists within an organization. The functions include Discussion Forum, , Synonym Search, Tag Cloud, Parametric Search, Hyperlinkng, etc. The Phase III is to automate critical processes and increase disciplines, management transparency and control.
