Knowledge Search Integrated with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for the Correctional Services Department of Hong Kong

HongKong - Apr 2017 - LinkPOWER was awarded the Provision of Services for Search Engine with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for Knowledge Management System (KMS) of the Correctional Services Department (CSD) of the Government of HKSAR in Mar 2017.  LinkPOWER provided the ABBYY OCR engine and solution to enable CSD to automate the data capture of documents to enhance its efficiency to feed information to its KMS.  Moreover, LinKPOWER incorporate the HPE IDOL search engine to facilitate the searching / sharing of knowledge in the KMS, empowering officers of CSD to do its daily operation in a more efficient and effective way.
