IoT‑Enabled Train Monitoring & Predictive Maintenance Platform

Hong kong - Feb 2025   IOT Sensor network—comprising sensors per direction—is installed at two measurement sites along the track. All sensor data  aggregates the streams and produces raw data files for each passing train. These raw files are then fed into a machine‑learning pipeline that predicts maintenance needs and damage trends, enabling proactive asset management. The system now fully supports and implemented in a train line, each served by a multi‑car train. Every car contains axles and wheels, creating a highly dynamic mechanical environment that requires detailed vibration monitoring.
