Hong Kong - October 2007 - The Environmental Protection Department (“EPD”) of Hong Kong SAR Government has upgraded their existing Autonomy K2 to Autonomy IDOL Server to increase the functions of taxonomy creation and classification tool to enhance search and navigation of knowledge assets for the entire department. 

Hong Kong - August 2007 - Hong Kong and China Gas Co. Ltd. (“Towngas”) has replaced its existing OMR system for its service order (i.e. Residential Maintenance orders and Regular Safety Inspection orders) by Autonomy Cardiff’s Intelligent and Distributed Document Processing System - TeleForm and Docuflo with more speed, accuracy and efficiency. The new system will facilitate the processing of work order of residential installation section as well. 

Hong Kong - July 2007 - The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (“OGCIO”) of Hong Kong SAR Government has chosen Autonomy IDOL Server to provide a search infrastructure for the Central Cyber Government Office (“CCGO”) Portal. The portal will make use of the advanced technology of Autonomy IDOL - Conceptual Retrieval, Parametric Search, Channels, Hypelinking and Synonym Recognition. 

Hong Kong - April 2007 - LinkPOWER today announced that its Cardiff Intelligent Document Suite - TeleForm and Docuflo was selected by Blue Cross (Asia Pacific) Insurance Ltd. to streamline its insurance application process. Blue Cross is wholly owned by The Bank of East Asia Group to serve as the Group's insurance arm. The solution will be implemented and deployed within eight weeks.

Hong Kong - January 2007 - Bank of China Credit Card (International) Ltd. selects LinkPower's Cardiff TELEform solution to automate its Credit card redemption letter processing.
